Products and Services

RIMAYS provides digital subscriptions, websites, community management systems, QR/smart-link tools, CV tools, invoice/document tools, AI and automation systems, OSH/CDM competency and training systems, custom software, managed hosting, API utilities, and related support services. Product scope, plan limits, price, currency, and billing period are shown on the relevant app page, quotation, invoice, or checkout before payment.

Total Cost and Currency

Checkout, invoice, or quotation screens disclose the payable amount, currency, billing period, and any agreed tax, setup, domain, SSL, delivery, integration, or professional service charges before payment. Digital SaaS plans do not require physical shipping.

Payment Security

Online payment credentials are processed by the selected payment provider or acquiring bank. RIMAYS does not store card numbers or card security codes. Card transactions should use authenticated controls such as 3D Secure, SSL/TLS, provider verification, server-side callbacks, audit records, and fraud screening.

Delivery and Fulfilment

Most RIMAYS products are digital services delivered online after account setup, payment confirmation, admin provisioning, or project acceptance. Domain, SSL, integration, import, and custom software work depends on customer-provided DNS, data, credentials, acceptance testing, and project scope.

Receipts and Confirmation

Payment status, provider references, receipts, invoices, subscription records, and audit records are stored in the relevant application or billing workspace where available. Confirmation may also be sent by email or issued as a formal invoice/receipt.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed against payment records, service usage, project delivery, provider rules, and applicable Malaysian consumer requirements. Custom work, completed setup, third-party fees, domain fees, and consumed digital entitlements may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
